Weekly Training Sessions

We’re a community of compassionate and understanding individuals who support those who are vulnerable, or have experienced homelessness.

We aim to empower people with tools needed for sense of independence, direction and self-sufficiency, through walking and running groups, mentorship, goal-setting, training workshops and finding employment opportunities. We welcome anyone to our exercise groups who:

* Wants to improve all aspects of their health
* Shares our values of inclusivity, diversity and community support.
